Return & Replacement Policy
At Link Audio, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.
1. 7-Day Replacement Policy
* We offer a 7-day replacement from the date of delivery.
* Replacement requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
2. Transit Damage Reporting (24-Hour Window)
* Any product received in a physically damaged condition due to transit must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
* Claims reported after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
* Customers must provide:
* Order Number
* Clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging
* An unboxing video (recommended and may be required for verification)
* Registered Mobile Number
3. Replacement Eligibility
A replacement may be approved only if:
* The product was damaged during transit (reported within 24 hours).
* An incorrect product was delivered.
* The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
Replacement requests will not be accepted for:
* Damage caused after delivery.
* Misuse, improper installation, negligence, accidents, liquid damage, or unauthorized repairs.
* Normal wear and tear.
* Products returned without original packaging or missing accessories.
* Requests made after the applicable replacement period.
4. Replacement Request Procedure
To request a replacement, customers must send an email to support@linkaudio.in containing:
* Order Number
* Customer Name
* Registered Mobile Number
* Reason for replacement
* Clear photographs and/or videos of the product and packaging
Our support team will review the request and provide further instructions. If approved, the customer may be required to return the product for inspection before a replacement is dispatched.
5. Shipping
* For approved manufacturing defects or transit damage, Link Audio will bear the replacement shipping cost.
* In all other cases, return shipping charges, if applicable, shall be borne by the customer.
6. Warranty
This Return & Replacement Policy is separate from the product warranty. Warranty claims shall be governed by the warranty terms supplied with the respective product.
7. Limitation of Liability
The maximum liability of Link Audio under any circumstances shall be limited to the purchase price of the product. Link Audio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, data loss, legal expenses, or any other costs or claims arising out of the purchase, use, or inability to use the product.
8. Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising out of the purchase of products from Link Audio or this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Delhi, India.
