Welcome to Link Audio. We are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time. Please read our Shipping Policy before placing an order.
1. Order Processing
* Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
* Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
* During product launches, promotional offers, or peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping Coverage
* We currently ship across India through our authorized courier and logistics partners.
* Shipping to remote or non-serviceable locations may require additional delivery time or may not be available.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timelines are:
* Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
* Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
* Remote Locations: 5–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, natural calamities, strikes, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
* Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
* Any promotional free shipping offers will be applicable only during the specified offer period.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive the tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).
6. Delivery
* Deliveries will be made to the shipping address provided at the time of placing the order.
* Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.
* If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the shipment, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
7. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are advised to inspect the package immediately upon delivery.
* If the outer packaging appears damaged or tampered with, please take photographs before opening the package.
* Any transit damage must be reported to info@linkaudio.in within 24 hours of delivery along with photographs, an unboxing video (recommended), your Order Number, and Registered Mobile Number.
Claims reported after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
8. Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we work with reliable courier partners, Link Audio is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In case a shipment is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
9. Partial Shipments
If an order contains multiple products, Link Audio reserves the right to ship them separately depending on product availability. Customers will not be charged additional shipping charges for partial shipments unless specifically informed before dispatch.
10. Force Majeure
Link Audio shall not be liable for delays or failure to deliver caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, pandemics, strikes, transportation disruptions, government actions, or other force majeure events.
